    Perhaps the issue is with the update itself. You can try and go back to an older version to see if that helps. Have you looked up on those android/samsung forums to see if it's a common issue and if Samsung is working on a solution?

    These days with so many options out there, and if it's just for a website, you can try canva. They have a good selection of tools and photos, graphics, fonts, and so much stuff. But if you want something more professional I'd recommend Photoshop. Free alternatives would be GIMP or Pixlr editor...
